I believe these cultural things need to be highlighted and shared. I think they're more important than Gary Lineker's job or Prince. Harry's downfall.

This isn't highlighting anything. I skipped through parts to try and get an idea. First clip was of him saying something about a dude in a dress going into a woman's bathroom, so i skipped it, then he was on about the gender pay gap and said there was a reason for it, before playing a clip of women's basketball, that was obviously amateurs that had barely ever played before in their lives.

I may have been unlucky, and these clips were just an example of how some people might think, but I doubt it.

You're way better than going down these rabbit holes.

While I do agree that there is an extreme element of society that despises men or masculine things, we don't want to fall into the trap of following Incel ideology either as they're both basically two sides of the same coin.

Let's face it.... for every fake extreme feminism video there is, you can match it with an extreme misogynistic video.

Maybe, speak to real people and realise most people just want equality and not an "I'm better than you" rhetoric.

It's media. Same as that thing that comes on your screen when you turn your television on. Or the sounds from your radio. Or the print in your newspapers and magazines.

Yeah...I am fully aware of what it is but for the same reason I dont take any biased media in form seriously, you need to realise that some mediums are more interested in monitising content than providing factual content. Problem is that Youtube, Tiktok and the like can radicalise people quite easily due to the algorithm. Take little Alf, He starts by watching one or two right wing videos, this starts a rabbit hole effect, he begins consuming Fox News videos, then conspiracy videos, and now incel videos. He now believes every one of them. It's a shock and awe tactic really, blitz someone with enough of these videos and they'll start to take what's being said as gospel.

There's a lot of studies and research on it, it's quite worrying really. I remember back in the height of the Andrew Tate stuff, there was this experiment where someone made several new profiles on TikTok, and they listed themselves as being a teenage boy with no specific interests or preferences and they were basically being recommended Andrew Tate tiktoks by default within a short few minutes of scrolling.

I think the point of the video in this thread OP is that people have been radicalised (as you put it) to think men are nothing but toxic.

Who would want to be with a man or even be a man with those theories. It makes men sound like horrible monsters. You're better off being a feminist or a woman.

But you believe what you believe about alf, from a few tibb posts. I don't think you have the right to mock what alf enjoys watching.
