I'm a bit skeptical about this story being true tbh, if it is obviously that is batshit crazy but I'm sure there was another story going round last year about a pupil identifying as cat in school which was false so I'm going to take this with a pinch of salt for now

It happens often enough in the US, so I don't think it's beyond the bounds of reason to assume it could very easily happen in the UK. At least now we can say with certainty that being raised by the state is more or less the same as being raised by wolves.
