I didn't say he was perfect,but he has done more than what you're making out . He cooks ,cleans & has chats about other topics. Plus he seems to care about people, he checks on them,when they're down or upset.

One example is that he has a good friendship with Sarah imo.

Another example is his friendship with the guys.

Those two things aren't always necessarily sexual with Marcello.

He does seem to have a big interest in food too.

And he does seem to be capable of empathy when his fellow Housemates are feeling down, which is more than certain Housemates that I can think of.

And don't worry Ali fans, I don't mean Ali when talking about Housemates possibly lacking empathy.

He looks a bit like the arsehole Jay Mcrae was shaving, but he seems like a caring bloke, Ali likes him, giving him gentle strokes down the back in appreciation from time to time, and she's a good enough judge of character for me.

I think what I would say Glenn is that you're so passionate in your dislike of Marcello, that you've opened up a thread on him to express why you don't like him, that shows that he is doing something right as a Housemate.

Try to have an in-depth chat about Thomas or Dean's behaviour in the house? Because I bet nobody (including yourself) would want to do that because they're really dull.

I still stand by that Dean should've gone in week 1 as he was the dullest up for the vote.

If you look at the last two HoH challenges he didn't get the chance to smash a portrait in the last one and in this one he was eliminated by a stitch up from the crow/Dean. He also didn't get to be a lab worker or a politician and don't think he was in the resort staff either so yeah he hasn't been given much opportunity this series

Trouble with the HoH is that they've all really just replied on being in the right place at the right time rather than using any intelligence or skill. To some extent it's Marcello's own fault as he's made himself a bit of an easy target but normally a character like him still gets the chance to turn the tables a bit which hasn't happened this series
