Set net $92m each. Live on Netflix December 19th in Miami (early hours of the 20th). A professional fight (money talks), not an exhibition like the Tyson fiasco. Only rules are that Joshua has to weigh in at under 245lbs.

Not sure how to feel about this, boxing is so corrupt, a lot predicting total domination and early KO for Joshua (which most wanna see of course), but i have this niggling feeling Joshua will just jab and coast his way to an unanimous points decision thus not really hurting Paul, and denying us a legit fight.

I've also heard that Netflix might make this a PPV on top of your subscription, meaning you'll have to pay extra to watch, a one off price of £20/£25. If that is the case, i'll be finding it for free elsewhere on the internet.

Yeah i have a site where i can watch all sports for free which is usually flawless, was for the fight over the weekend. Would have never paid to watch the Eubank fight. I have Netflix already though, so as long as it's on Netflix for "free" i'll happily watch it there. But if they do charge extra no way am i paying for it.

Yeah i think this will happen now. So much money at stake. And the fact it's a pro fight and not an exhibition will spark interest beyond even the casual boxing fan this time. Netflix subs will hit the roof, and probably go through the roof what with this coinciding with the last Stranger Things episodes. Not to mention the sponsorship money this fight will garner. If it's promoted right, i see this being one of the most watched events in history.

I'd like to see Jake Paul get destroyed don't get me wrong but I hope no ones been paid to hold back or anything.... Don't forget this bozo has barely even fought a boxer and the only one he did that was not tiny or 80 years old beat him and he wasn't even that good

Yeah this has to be legit, or it'll be all over for the future of this kind of fights. People will see through it if they both phone it in and coast to a decision. People will accept nothing less than a Joshua KO victory.

Paul's only chance, in a legit contest, is going balls to the wall and trying to catch Joshua with a few solid shots. If Paul can rock Joshua he might have a chance. Joshua is notorious and not reacting well when getting tagged. That's his only chance, he has zero chance of out boxing AJ.

Yeah, and this pretty much needs to happen. There's a difference with this fight too, unlike the others where Paul could dictate the rules, and "fix" anything he wanted (most retired, older men wanting/needing a payday), Joshua doesnt need to do any of that. Joshua is still very much marketable as a fighter.

He should obviously be the favourite but …

The YouTuber is an extremely fit , fast and young athletic type who’s been having top quality coaching for the last 5 or 6 years ( best money can buy)

His main attributes are his speed and mobility plus a fast, clubbing right hand ..

Now AJ has been hurt/ shook up in every fight since and including Klitschko and it doesn’t seem to take much to wobble him


Reports that they will get £50 million or £70 million each ..


Another concern is if AJ catches him and hurts him seriously

Yeah, this is a really stupid fight to take on Jake Paul's behalf. AJ towers over him, and naturally much bigger and stronger. I honestly feel like, AJ will hold his punches a bit. $92m is great and all, but an on form AJ could legit cause Paul life changing injuries. AJ wont want that. The more i think about it, the more i see AJ coasting to a straight forward no risk victory.
