Helmets can save your life. When my brother was younger he had a cycling accident and the doctor said if he hadn't been wearing a helmet he could have had brain damage or worse.

I know, and i would wear one if i did go on my bike. its just the helmet is the main reason i dont ever go on mine.

believe it or not but the smaller the saddle the better

after about 4-5 good rides your bum gets used to it, much like when you decide to become a gay-o-sexual

the advantage is that you will not contract piles or get weeping internal fissures from a racing saddle
