Didn't they say if neither press it they just both go back to the house. Neither wins pass or money.

That Ed guy from the Daily Star Sunday said last night that there'd be another 'twist' if neither of them took the money.

Whether or not you can believe him is another matter but I reckon the housemates back in the house would've had to have picked the winner of the pass.
