Think it depends what side of the pond you were on back then, as 98 Degrees are pretty irrel here in the UK.

Got to say Take That/BSB were the powerhouses of the decade for their respective nations right? NSync though were damn good cheesy pop.

None would be possible without NKOTB's immense cheese though!

I basically spent the last 3 months of work making friends with my coworkers during lunch by listening to No Strings Attached and watching NSYNC concerts on YouTube so

Westlife are more 00s aren't they? Surely they only had like 2 #1s in the 90s. I know they had the first of the new millennium (was it 'Flying Without Wings'?)

Westlife had the last #1 of the millennium with their butchering of I Have a Dream, which alone should justify their removal from this list
