To be fair it is a bit trampy. If nothing else, at least change into trackies and t-shirt, don't walk around in the stuff you sleep in!

I put PJ's on as soon as I finish work after a shower. I don't wear them for bed though just a big t shirt

I just wear shorts & a t shirt to bed. Likely wouldn’t go out in them without showering/changing though unless it’s to get food at a drive thru
