![]() If I get into the groove I’ll exercise 3-5 days a week for like an hour, maybe a bit more - treadmill & any upper body weight machines that are available (I signed up to a cheap but kinda small and crowded gym so it can be tough to get to any particular machine every time). Sometimes some other cardio like the elliptical(?) machine.

Bike riding is seriously good for mental health. I’m not an enthusiast about it but I’ve been doing it off and on since I was 7.
