Jack Fincham has revealed that he has been forced to slim down by doctors after being told he was “clinically obese.”

The 27 year old said he was in “complete shock” after realising how much he’d piled on the pounds as his weight slipped out of control.

Love Island winner Jack is now on a new diet and fitness plan to get himself back into shape, even cutting out his favourite crisps.

He told The Sun Online: “I really needed help with my training as well as my diet, because since leaving Love Island last year I wasn’t really looking after myself properly, mostly Beef Space Raiders are to blame.

“My original BMI results revealed that I was technically obese – which was a complete shock.

But yeah, unless he got a lot fatter after the show, he wasn't any more than a tad chubby from what I see in the LI clips in the OP. Y'all are crazy in the UK

It’s annoying the attempts they go to to make someone ‘look attractive’ following the results of any workout/diet scheme. In the after pictures, he’s got a brand new haircut, whitened teeth, fake tan, clean shaven, nice shorts, and has his pants no longer hanging out his shorts as compared to the direct opposite in the before photos.

These are all things that people of his pre-weight can manage and achieve I don’t get why they make such an effort to make them look ‘attractive’ when surely the results speak for themselves.
