One of the reasons why Pelosi was always reluctant to impeach was due to the boost every impeached President gets at the poll. Trumps gone up 6% is nothing, Clinton had an approval rating in the 70 when he was impeached, Donnie is barely reaching 45. He hasn't got the boost he needed.
