Why is this a terrorist incident? Yes the young man was a refugee but this does not appear to have the hallmarks of any ideological reasoning behind it.

The man was simply mentally unstable generally. Can you not be a foreign national and just have a breakdown?
It's very confusing given the recent history of terrorist incidents to have some extremist link, there doesn't appear to be one. Therefore the suggestion he is is a little bit misleading.

Yes i do, he is on the UK's terrorist list, is known by police for threatening terrorism. And has openly stated in the past he will 'kill/fight' for IS.

As for homophobic, hands up i didn't read enough about the story, saying 'obviously' was wrong, and i take that back, Of course there is a chance, but we don;t know that yet.

But no matter how you look at this, it was an act of terrorism. His race really has nothing to do with it.

No thats not a link, a link is evidence with a basis.
The claim had no credibility... should there have been a link that would have given said claim some credibility.

Just because it lacked credibility doesn't mean there isn't truth to it. The fact of the matter is this man committed an act of terrorism when he murdered those 3 innocent men. Most,not all, but most terrorist acts which result in death the UK are committed by Islamic Extremists, so when in the headlines you see 'man kills 3 people in terror attack' it's perfectly reasonable to question 'was this Islam related' because it happens so frequently in this country.

It does seem this man had many mental health problems, and im sure more information will surface in the coming days. But people can't be blamed for being sceptical when similar attacks are regularly at the hands of IS extremists in the UK.
