Two Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies are fighting for their lives after they were shot in an apparent ambush that was captured on video.

The pair, a man and a woman, were sitting in their patrol car in Compton when a gunman approached from the side and opened fire before fleeing the scene.

Officials said both were in a critical condition after suffering multiple gunshot wounds and were currently undergoing surgery.
A hunt is now underway for the attacker.

This is what happens when there is no balance in reporting and the driving narrative has focused on everything the police in the USA have done wrong, rather than acknowledging there are police officers who do a good job as well

Because it might just be me, but to see this shooting happen and automatically blame black people and a civil rights movement, seems kinda racist

After months of numerous stories made up by the police to try and garner sympathy for them after their abhorrent behaviour has been highlighted, I’d find it hard to believe when they say something has been done to them tbh
