I don't think they would do it with her, they would just remind her to do it herself and give her another form if she had lost it, they employ people specifically around census time to do just that, I would imagine they work off Council tax records and the electerol roll

Yeah misread you totally there like

She tried to pay me 50 quid to do it man...glad it was me as if it had been anyone else round hers they would have taken the cash :S I thought I was doing all internetty stuff for her already, but it turns out some forms she panics about and gets others to do, which is why she has this insane idea that a half hour form should cost that much for someone to do
