I agree, but do you think going out of his way to antagonise folks with minimal power in society, and many of them just searching for acceptance of their existence, is really how a person with a national platform needs to get his rocks off?

It's all a way to rile folks up, and make some quick cash through media appearances anyway, so he's rubbing his hands together rather than cowering behind the sofa.

To be fair Alf I largely agree with you - I don't think twitter bans for things like this really solve all that much. He'll have been getting plenty of kickback for it already and the ban will actually just get him more attention, not less. In terms of bans, I'd pretty much stick to the bots and anyone threatening or inciting actual violence/death threats etc. (no matter how toothless).
