To many people, dogs are their own companions. Very much like children to the lonely and elderly.

To steal a dog is like stealing someone's child in many eyes.

These idiots should be jailed. Then they'll stop. Tiny £300 fines to someone who makes about £3,000 a week is peanuts.

Hopefully his ban on Tik Tok will have taught him a lesson, because not only would he have stressed the woman out, but he might've scared the Dog as well as he/she wouldn't be familiar with the guy running away with him/her.
