Same … start each day with a cup of warm water .. plus a black coffee ( no sugar ) … then just water until the following morning .

( good old north-west tap water)

I only drink tap water too - it is lovely up here. I was at my brother's in Surrey and theirs is nowhere near as good as ours

the tap water we have here is surprisingly good, but it isn't in the same league as scottish tap water
