I hope she isn’t seriously unwell, as I don’t want to misjudge her, but she mentioned when they first went to the second camp that she was done, and wanted to go home.

She hasn’t seemed like she wanted to be there from the start, in my opinion, and it was almost like she was being forced to participate.

I can’t recall seeing her happy, excited or upbeat in any way. In fact, she has shown no enjoyment at all. It was time for her to go, and it doesn’t actually surprise me that this decision was taken directly before she was due to do a trial. It will be no loss to the entertainment value of the show.

Hmmm...they are all medically checked over before they go into camp which is why some are exempt from trials....she wanted to go home the other day and after getting picked for the trial last night, I had a feeling this might have been her moment.

I wonder if being a food critic for a long time can actually be pretty unhealthy, it must mean you're eating very rich and calorific food a lot more than you normally would and make it hard to have a consistent diet

…I know it’s a bit different as well but I recall the guy from Man v Food and he would ‘train’ when he wasn’t filming to be able to eat the excesses that he did…(…and obviously very high fat/unhealthy food…he was closely monitored by a medical team is what I read at the time…but he still had health issues because of his job and the filming was stopped…I’m not sure if that series is still going in the US…Maru might know…

[Food critic Grace Dent has left
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here, ITV has confirmed.
She entered the Australian jungle just over a week ago,
alongside fellow campmates Nigel Farage,
Jamie Lynn Spears and Marvin Humes.

In a statement, ITV said: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has
left the show on medical grounds.

"She has been a great campmate and will be

I don't think there's anyone in there who is capable of conversation, all except Nigel. But Grace is anti Bexit I think. She just spoke to Nigel now and again to be civil.

ITV's duty of care and welfare teams had stepped in, and rightly so.

“She had struggled since living in the camp with less amenities, the weather this year has been particularly miserable and as a restaurant critic, not eating well proved to be harder than she could have ever imagined”.
