Love cabbage, don’t like lettuce. If burgers and salads were more inclined to come with cabbage than lettuce, I wouldn’t mind the full options quite as much. That’s why I tend to stick to coleslaw if I want any kind of conventional salad.

I like Lettuce (especially when covered in Seafood Sauce.)

But Cabbage is always nice imo.

Penne with cabbage & walnuts



Ingredients
400g wholemeal penne
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
500g savoy cabbage, shredded
2-3 chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
6 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
30g walnuts (about 12 halves), chopped
½-1 lemon, zested and juiced
