As for the homophobic accusation, production really need to reveal what happened. If he said it, he needs to be dealt with. If he didn't, then he deserves to have his name cleared.

See, now this is a much better take than the people just saying "nah he's making it up". Effeminate isn't exclusively the same thing as gay, just as masculine isn't the same as straight. It's quite clear to anyone paying attention that Dean dislikes guys who are excessively masculine, not straight guys in general. Trying to suggest that viewpoint is on par with homophobia is an absolutely wild reach

I’m sorry Lostie…no matter how you break it down if Marcello had used that language it would have been offensive to Dean and many men in touch with their feminine side.
