So the film is about electing a new pope and the politics that comes with it.

When I tell you that the film is lefty, woke propaganda. Then you should be able to guess the twist at the end with the person elected.

I saw this today and was really enjoying it but I did not like the ending. I think it was really farfetched and unnecessary because it was already a great story

Obviously based on a book so more fault with the author but still

Pretty spot on review.

I was enjoying it, for most parts. I just don't think it needed that ending.

It was like, we've put you through two hours of a story and now we're gonna push the message of the day down your throats, because we can.
