Weird I have just done this too, I use that stuff where you put the trays in a bag overnight and put the rest of the liquid on the inside of the oven tbh its never as bad as the thought of doing it

I went to Keep fit this morning 50 minutes of cardio and boy does she put us through out paces, she says things like 'keep breathing' I'm trying to stay alive yes
