Default A man who happened to live in Essex...
A man who purported to run an animal rehoming centre has been jailed for five years after 41 dogs died under his care.

Oaveed Rahman, 26, took money to rehome pets but left dogs and a cat without food and water in filthy conditions among the carcasses of other dogs, a court has heard.
