I cannot stand them, they are dull as ***** and Chris Martin's voice makes me want to mutilate myself with a rusty butter knife.

Plus he annoys me, he's just so big headed. I just can't stand him or his awful, awful band in which every song is basically the same. Nevermind the fact that his lyrics are awful.

Yeah, I like them and I've got the X&Y album. My fave Coldplay tracks are Speed of Sound, Fix You, Violet Hill, In My Place, Clocks and Viva La Vida.

They are a disaster. Downbeat , mid tempo , middle of the road , shoody rock music. Throw in a couple of decent radio hits and people will buy into anything as being genius. They did it with Radiohead.

I loved their older stuff, notably Yellow and The Scientist but can't say I've been overwhelmed with their newer stuff, not that I've listened to it to be honest.
