The thing is everyone that is sent to prison is sent there because it has been found beyond all reasonable doubt guilty. No one goes because there is a good chance they did it.

A few deaths would soon get crime levels down.
Paedophiles are the first people I would like to see get the death penalty, there is no need for them in the world.
