Exercise.

But, have regular small meals. About 4-5 meals per day, small, good portions. Stick to things like chicken, and oily fish.

Avoid creamy things. So if you're having pasta, use a tomato-based sauce rather than carbonara or something.

Try and get some veggies in you, even if you don't like them. We eat to survive, not to enjoy.

Go on a jog or something.

If you're really serious about this, look into HIIT. It's high intensity interval training.

It's a training exercise for jogging/running but it's hard work.

This is also good, but in the other thread I also highlighted the importance of making your "one" meal full of the needed nutrients, chicken for protein, rice for fibre, vegetables for iron, fruit for vitamis etc.

2-4-6-8 diet.

First day, only eat 200 calories.
Second day - 400 calories
Third day - 600 calories
Fourth day - 800 calories

Then go back to 200 and start it again.
It messes up your body though, your body goes into starvation mode so as stop the diet you body will store all the fat or something. I can't remember.

It completely messes up your metabolism. You will get fat by doing it as soon as you eat over 500 calories it'll be stored straight into fat.

First of all take it seriously and learn to spell weight right! that might help!

it helps to right down a normal weeks food consumption. then look over it and right down all the things that you should cut out.

do simple switches, ie. Brown bread for white
chocolate for a cereal bar, etc etc.

EXCERSISE! that's the key. no matter what you eat you need to excercise, and vice versa!!

Good Luck!

Do the Fat Fighters half the calories diet. Take what you want, cut it in half and its half the calories. and because its half the calories you can have twice as much
