Default I have a sore throat
Yesterday i had a little sore throat
today i woke up and it hurt so much i wasn't in the mood to speak
not to mention i have a headache , hmm i think i'm coming down with something ...

ditto actually. I can't even yawn because it hurts. I am ignoring everyone as much as possible because the effort to speak is too much.

Cold liquidy foods like Yoghurts and Ice Creams are your friends. Treat them kindly. I always find they help with a bad throat.
