No it doesn't mean video tape, in tv production terms it means video treatment.

I remember Dermot saying one time on BBLB It means..
"Validation Tape" if thats even a word, He did say somthing similar to that though Validation

I remember Keith Lemon on BBBM he thought it ment Video Tape Hes a legend
