Anyone else agree that this man is hilarious? He presents 'You Have Been Watching' on tuesday nights 10pm channel 4. He is so dry its jokes!

I always thought he was a tv critic then became guest panalist on a few comedy shows. Its alright I guess. I thought it was gonna be another generic game show but its decent.

**** loads better then that TNT garbage anyway.

I love Charlie Brooker dearly. I love his Screenwipe and Newswipe more but I do like You have been watching a lot.

I love Charlie Brooker for this and also his work in The Guardian, despite his slightly creepy boggle-eyed appearance.

Screenwipe and Screenburn are genius, not very impressed with You Have Been Watching as it pretty much blasts his misanthropic character out of the water, plonking him there laughing along with a big audience and his celebrity chums, it's like everything he used to complain about.

He's so much like the men in my family both lookswise and personality wise, except my uncle is more pessimistic.

If you like Charlie Brooker, I recommend you scour YouTube for any old shows by Victor Lewis-Smith (a big influence on Brooker).

He was also a TV critic and used to present the Channel 4 clip show TV Offal aswell as the brilliant Ads-Infinitum. Some of his material is hysterically funny, silly and quite dark.

He now writes for the 'Funny Old World' section in Private Eye.
