Yes, this is my first season of BBUK. You can't just axe it as soon as I turn up.

If they're going to do it, then do it properly and have live feed so people can actually watch the housemates and form their own opinion rather than the hl show which is a bit of a shambles...I'd argue its barely a reality tv show anymore without the live feed....

Unless they come up with some amazing ideas, maybe its time for something new...

They should go as long as possible, be it on C4 or not. I agree bring back LF for the next one.

I still believe that this series could have gone down as one of the best if LF was available.

Yes but make it the last one, I love BB but it isn't like it used to be.
They concentrate on putting housemates in that are gonna cause arguments in rather then housemates that are funny and normal that are good to watch.

Being quite ancient and I've watched every Big Brother every year. The first one was unique and I could not wait to see it again the following year. But now it's like seeing a once vibrant relative become a dull slipper wearing one. I would hope this is the last year and suspect it will be seeing as channel four no longer care for it.

Yeah but actually put effort into it then let the show go out with a bang then C4 can axe it, or another broadcaster can pick it up but with USA format

I was told Big Brother was a 12 year contract with Channel 4 and Davina also made a contract to do all 12 years of presenting. Can't remember where the person said they got this information but I'm sure if you Google it or look on the Official website it will tell you more details.

Yes I love it!!!
I'll always be a massive fan of BB, and I don't think the producers are stupid. They'll throw it up a notch next year....

Yes but they have to go back to the BB we all love not this **** with No Live feed, Hardly anything, **** interviews, Hardly any task, no twist...

And if its not a success on C4 Then Endemol need to bring it to a Channel that isnt so POOR that can afford a decent DR Chair and air Live feed 24/7

BB10 just seems to have a 'last BB' kind of feeling

No, it needs to end.

Ideally what would happen would be some kind of deal between C4 and Endemol to end it now, but an agreement to bring back a new version a couple of years down the line - 2012 for example.

Really though there is no point in doing a BB11 either knowing it would be the last one, or the producers finally (a good four years too late) giving it the revamp it requires, but still with the axe hovering overhead.

C4 have damaged BB so much this year people aren't going to come back to it next year - but give it 2 or 3 years and it would be much easier to capture both new and former audiences, as over time the disaster that is BB10 will be forgotten and people will look back on Big Brother as a whole, and memories of the glory years will be most prominent.

Why does it need revamping though? When they've done it in the past it wasn't such a success. BB5 became popular half way through, it wasn't the revamp that did it. The housemates and production values make a series, not the format it takes.

2m viewers a night. That's all I need to say.

More to do with a failing brand and zero media interest- the critical life support it once had. Thats effectively outside the producers control. If you think a revamp can bring it back to even CBB6 levels, then you're seriously deluded. If BB has a future past BB11 (unlikely) then its going to be on a digital channel with less than 1m viewers, possibly with the USA format.
