Unhappy I feel sorry for the Animals

Does anyone else feel bad to watch A Innocent Insect/Animall be ate ALIVE!

Kangaroos get murdered to have their Balls and Ass cut off!
Those Widegty Grubs get their Bodys Bit Off and are left with their heads!
And the Rat..
Was out enjoying a good Night in the Jungle when suddenly a Mad Itallian walks over and cuts the Rats throat open!

Am I the only one that feels bad for these Animals?
Im sure in the eating Trials they dont have a clue whats going on when someone picks them up and Eats them!

Its called survival of the fittest you eat food to survive. Thats human nature. We are top of the food chain so its our way to adapt to food shortages.

Agreed. I was thinking the same. They may be "just" insects, but still it is cruel.

Not really, they're on a TV show the people in charge won't let them die by having no food. The eating task is done for pure entertainment.

I'm sure they use already dead kangaroos. I don't think they kill them.

I'm sorry but your just completely talking out of your ass. There's so much wrong with that statement it's almost frightening that someone made it.

But people can eat bugs if they wanted to for food. If you take it from that point of view you can see if it is natural or not.

That makes no sense. Of course it's natural, the animals are not being synthesized by a machine, but it's not survival of the fittest. That's just absurd. It's a controlled TV environment where they don't have to eat these things, realistically, to survive. There's a world of difference.

I dont think they would kill animals espicially for this show for their foot/balls whatever, I should think they use already dead ones.

But I dont like the idea that animals, be them only insects, are killed for this (although I cant talk, I get people to kill spiders in my room), and the distress the animals are in being locked up in the holes for various tasks, unless they are like pets and are used to it.

The Exile camp ate a rat because they were starving. Is that the same thing?

If there was no food supply and you were in need of food yes. But they're not, the producers wouldn't let them starve

I do and I don't feel for the creatures on the show.

Insects being eaten or squashed by one of Jordan's breasts doesn't bug me.

But when animals that are fretful about that human hand that burst into a hole groping for a star, it does bother me.

No because at the end of the day it's an artificial environment.

If your a vegetarian this doesnt apply to you,
but they were hungry so ate a rat,
abit like when your hungry and you go eat a piece of chicken,
accept that has been killed and prepared for you,
whereas the celebs had to do it themself.

Whilst I dont like the idea of animals being killed for us to eat,
it needs to be done, its all part of the food chain.
Im sure tigers and other animals dont think twice..

I agree with what you are saying. I don't have a bone to pick, pun intended, with meat eaters, but why they are complaining about things like this when they eat animals themselves is somewhat perplexing.

Well, I have to call bullshit on that one. We are no longer predatory, instinctual beings. We have skills and we don't need to eat animals. It's simply our choice. And it's not the food chain or human nature. A factory of cheetah's don't work long shifts to crush, purify, treat and package Gazelles for sale at the local CheetahMart.
