Default Olly wanted it more.

I feel so sorry for him, i think he deserved it more and seemed like he wanted this more than anything. Im happy he came second though, i just hope he gets signed now!

Just watching tonight i still can't understand the public wanting Joe to win over Olly. I just cannot imagine what Joe's music is going to be like..

Yes, i am bitter but Olly so deserved it.

Wanting it doesn't equal deserving it! The two are totally separate! The most talented deserve it - and he wasn't that!

He wanted it more but sadly he didn't deserve it more.

I feel sorry for him but to say you've come second out of 200,000 people is not something to look down upon.

Im gona be honest,

See when they did that really long pause before Dermot said Joe!
All that was going through my mind was Olly on Deal or No Deal.

I was thinking how gutted he was on Deal or No Deal when he won a Tenner, Imagine loosing this!

Poor bloke

They will both do well out of it, and hopefully Stacey too. I think Danyl will do the best though.

That is ridiculous! Second place is hardly loosing - and somehow I think he is gonna make a lot more than a tenner out of this!!

Oh dear yes, I bet all those memories came flooding back except it was just Dermot and not Noel Edmonds consoling him.

That's actually quite funny. Poor guy.

he didn't show he can sing. what he did show however, was that take away his stupid grandad dancing and his eighteen million dancers and there's nothing but an average, verging on bad at times voice.

Well coming 2nd on XF Doesnt always make you like JLS
Look at Andy and Raymond.

To him it was probley like loosing everything, like he probley spent ages since Deal or No Deal to try and get his convidence back up.
And then tonight just when he thought he might of won the Public shattered his dreams.

I think Dermot should've handed him a tenner as a consolation prize.

But not as well as Joe! Joe is very likeable and a nice looking lad - will be a real heartbreaker in a few years! Put his success with his good looks and likeability factor - all those girls on here who slagged him off will be drooling over him in a few years time! You watch!

Joe's music will be for those people who recognise a good voice when they hear it!

Yes the man was very close twice but it is not the end of the world for him. He's handsome, young, fit and been exposed to the country, he has a heck of alot of potential left. It's just the begining now for him and what is the worst that could happen to him. Everything can only be going forward now for him.

I want Megan Fox wearing a paperclip, doesn't mean I'm gonna get it. Joe was the better performer at the end of the day.
