Depends what is being made. And discounters and supermarkets are the biggest exploiters of all. Seeing as it was mentioned. But let's not get into that..

I own £120, £90 and £65 boots. All designer. They've lasted me years, so investing in good quality footwear is worth it.

I agree with that statement sometimes. My winter coat has lasted ages cuz it was made by a solid designer.

I buy cheap stuff from Primark.. the 3/4 pound tops that look great and are comfy and generally good for the price. I get gifted designer stuff though at christmas and stuff. although, I'd rather have 20 £3 pound tops than have one designer jumper.

Everything from Primark is junk, haha. I bought some £2 shoes from there (I dunno what I was thinking), first time wearing them five minutes down the street they start falling apart. Yeah, I'll stick to my designer.

It's okay for underwear, nobody will know how cheap you are (:P), plus less likely to fall apart and feck you over.

If I had the money I would love to buy some designer stuff because a lot of it is gorgeousssss. But a lot of high-street is just as good. I'm a bit of a clothes snob concerning high-street though,I'd rather wear something from TopShop than say from Primark.

I'm not bothered where my clothes come from if I like the look and colour. Also I'm not too fond of shopping so I like getting things that will last.

I prefer designer but not cause it's designer but cause it's generally better. But I do like highstreet too. Primark is a load of crap, I can never find something I like in there.

I hate brand names. I'm a bit of a slob too. I have one pair of leather pants and a drawer full of chains and pearls for special occasions but apart from that I always go around camo pants, ripped jeans and band T-Shirts.

In fact I recently clocked in my Depeche Mode T-Shirts at 7 so theoretically I have one for every day of the week. I'm currently celebrating Tour Of The Universe Wedensday.

I wear what I like. By that I mean, if I see something I want for a fiver I'll buy it. similarly if I see something for 105 I'll buy it, price doesn't come into the equation nor does a tiny label at the back. It used to make me feel better knowing I was wearing something really expensive but now I've come to the conclusion it's how you wear the clothes not who designed them. If you opened my wardrobe you'd find a price range of about 3 pounds to 300 pounds with some labels and some not.
