She said shes only really been famous in USA and Japan but wants to get noticed more in the UK.

I like her music, well some of her new stuff.
And I think it could do well in the UK.

If wank stains like Rihanna, and JLS and Tinchy Stryder can run the charts every other week than why cant Sov at least she is good.

I think this song could easily climb up to the Top 10 if it got noticed, this is her latest tune..

So does anyone else think CBB could get her music more well known in the UK?

Her Videos on Youtube have became massively popular just by going on CBB, and CBB Is doing well on ratings so obviously alot of people have seen her.

'So Human' was played into the house on Tuesday when they did that work out thing, so people heard it.

So what do you think?

Will Sov try and get her music more in the UK?
Do you think it will work?
I really hope her next song goes into the Top 40.

It won't effect her very much because although the show is giving her loads of publicity, most of it is negative, nobody wants tobe associated with her after her behaviour.

And only because of the catchy Cure sampling, I would wager.

Anyway, I think you are overestimating the cultural impact Big Brother has these days, Patrick. Sure it's rating well but it's not going to get her anywhere noticeable in the charts.

Maybe her trip into the BB house could have helped her career along, BUT (yes a big but) behaving like a petulant schoolkid hasnt really done her any favours except amongst a few petulant schoolkids.

actually that's a good point. If she were to rush release a single soon after her eviction it might do quite well as she's been re introduced to the 13/14 yo, chavvy, angsty kids who buy N Dubz records.

Sov even said herself she flopped in the UK. I doubt it went too well in USA as she is on CBB, her career is over.

Theres hardly anything unique or original about the track, in fact Im sure I recognise this tune from way back when she was probably an eye in her daddy's twinkle, isnt it by the cure?

first of all, that's hardly surprising.

and secondly, when was the last time IAC relaunched a music career? It gave Peter Andre a slight boost with a rubbish song 6 years ago but other than that?

I never said a relaunch of a music career, but celebrities see it as a chance to relaunch their career.

It gets them in the public eye for a few weeks and if your lucky it can make you.. just look at Pete and Katie.

Katie and Peter only thrived because of their relationship had they not got together both would have been forgotten. The point was, that the fame achieved on shows like these is fleeting, once they're off the show and don't have the storylines that people grew to love them for, they fade away once again.

Shes a ****ing muppet in her old songs, she raps and talks **** about Ice Pops.
This song is a very diffrent sound to it and her voice is better.

But all her albums appear to have bombed, even her latest album, and this particular track seems to have fallen into the top 40 thanks largely to gravity more than anything else....

Yes but without IAC they wouldnt of got the chance to have a relationship.

Your right, and its funny how celebrities go on shows like this to try and get fame again but it usually fails after a few weeks.
But If Sov can release a song quickly after leaving the show, then she could enter the charts because people will remember her.
