What is the debate here? If he should have a longer sentence? Otherwise shouldn't it just be in the news section?

I don't believe he got a lesser sentence because he said 'sorry' for a second, I think that is just the paper trying to cause more public outrage. Indeed he should be locked up for alot longer, and have a mental health assessment
