I am sure a lot more people would want to work for immigration if that was the case. It would be a job you actually looked forward to going to every day.

Win win situation. It would create a lot more jobs and it would be a high competition job so would attract many applicants. And if its a job they enjoy then its a stable workforce rather than a revolving door
