Oh yes, many members said water is very important. I learnt it the hard way.

Let me tell you a story. It was nothing to do with spots, however,,,.

One day I realised my hair was keep falling more than usual. My hairdresser gave me expensive conditioner but they did not work at all.
Also my joints (neck, knee, ankle) started to ache.
But I thought it was just sign of me getting old so I did not do anything.

But one day I found a very small lump around three fingures joint (not wrist Ganglion) on my left hand.
Because they were lumps, I was quite alarmed so went to GP.

A doctor said it may be because of my age, it is nothing to worry about it.
So I tried to forget about all of these trouble.

One day, a colleague said she found some article in a magazine, a symptom was exactly the same about my fingure lumps.

According to the article, a lump was a sign of dehydration and body tried to store water for imagency.

Then I realised I had been to sauna for sometime and I knew now that I did not drink enough water.

They said water transports oxygen to our cells, remove waste, and protect our joints and organs.

Within couple of weeks after drinking plenty of water, my hair came back to almost same as before.
About six months later I realised those lumps had gone.
But it took for a long time those joints ache backed to normal.

It was about ten years ago, even now this age, I do not have any joint ache.
Hair condition is normal.

I do not think this would happen to people who have common sense and drink sensible amount of water.
I was very silly and ignorant.

Thank goodness for my friend who found the magazine article.

I started this skincare regime a couple weeks ago, eating food good for my skin, drink loads more water, cleanse tone and moisture every day, face scrub once a week and steam my face once a week. It does seem to be working a bit but I say it will take a few more weeks before my skin improves.

I stopped eating sweets/crisps/biscuits and stopped drinking sugary drinks. It worked a lot.

After cleansing the face try either of these as a healing moisturiser:

3 drops bergamot and 2 drops chamomile essential oils in 30ml of sunflower oil, if you have it pierce a vitamin E capsule and add the contents as well.

or

2 drops each lavender and mint 1 drop lemon essential oils in 30 ml sunflower oil plus a vitamin E capsule.

I've never really had spots tbh. But I use clearasil a few times a week. and the next day my skin is always in good condition.

Yeah my face is starting to clear up a lot, not sure if its because I calmed down with the sweets and sugar, and have Aloe Vera, moistoriser and a gel that the doctor gave me, or if its just naturally going as im getting older.

Been drinking loads of water has helped now. I dont think i have seen my face this clear before in a long time.
