Is talking to yourself wired?? My friends think that i am weird for talking to myself? Am I?

I mean i don't have full conversations with myself but i talk to myself now and then like i say 'Well Loukas, there you go again, say something else stupid why don't you'

Its strange Ive always done it. My mum said the once that she used to sit outside my bedroom door when I was little, and I would be having a one person conversation.
