The last 7 to be 'shot' become the Jury. Jess is the first jury member. We all get to decide the winner at the end. The winner needs 4 of 7 jury votes to win.

The jury are the people that come 3rd-9th. The 7 of them cast one vote each out of who in the final 2 should be the winner.
