Default Will TWC Novelty wear off and bring higher ratings for BB?

What do you think??
Im not really sure but when England go out, do english supporters strongly support another team or will they pretty much give up on The World Cup?

We will see the footie ads being reduced, toys to do with TWC lessen.
But as they are out of TWC, will this help BB??

Can we have sensible comments lol, just in advance.

Urm the first few days ratings... when it was hitting 3m+. Maybe they will come back.

And geeze negative, it was supposed to be a sensible discussion.Whether you think england will be interested in TWC now.

Because since BB8 the show isnt huge. The tiniest of competition would affect BB that wouldnt have in BB3/BB7... and this is not a TINY competition.

No because even if England are knocked out then a lot of football fans want to enjoy it to the bitter end because it's a major tournament and obviously is every couple of years!.

Yeah, I don't think your average Big Brother fan would be interested in the World Cup anyway

Theres more than you expect.

But however I cant see too many people being interested, well less than before anyways except for watching the semi's and the final.

Now the ads will become less and less, and the promotion will fall.

I think how bad this years show is has more affect on ratings than the World Cup.

Absolutely shocking so far.

Didn't expect England to win, so am not surprised at all at the result. Will be getting behind Ghana now (it would be great to have an African team lift the World Cup) and if they go out, behind Uruguay.

It'll be boring if one of the usual suspects wins

They need to put some new HMs NOW - half the ones currently in the house are a total waste of space.

So a twist went right?? So we could say that the launch twist was a success, as they were pulling 3m+ in the overnights.

As I have done previously, I will still choose a world cup game over a Big Brother highlights show.

But what will you watch tonight, the game or BB? (where they will take on Germant BB hms in order to win the oppotunity to watch the match)

Maybe once this stupid football ends in July then yeah.

Not sure once England go out though, I think its down to the amount of press attention BB can get after TWC.

Usually the DS have BB all over it but now its just all England and TWC so hopefully once that ends they'll turn to Big Brother.

And with any hope in July BB11 will have alot of twists going for it that should bring in more ratings.
