I think you need to turn off your TV and computer, take a few deep breaths and do some relaxation exercises mate, also have a look round at local community centres etc and see if there are any anger management and stress therapy courses available.

Maybe you could try meditation and see if you can look inside yourself and see where all the venom and bile comes from.

Years ago when a relative of mine went into hospital for a leg operation I said wear boxers as pyjamas. The Doctor was amazed he saw the shorts. What a sensible idea, no messing trying to get long pyjamas rolled up over the knee.

Steve is naturally comfortable in his shorts as he probably wore them for years through many bouts of surgery.

As for being a hero, he never claimed to be. He said he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Is he heroic? Yes, for overcoming such appalling injuries. He certainly does not whinge on the way John James does and he shows up the shams in the house.
I cannot imagine any of them overcoming such terrible imjuries.

its BB...it has dumbed down our nation and like people have mentioned before..BB does make you angry and depressed...

Yeah once again check your facts, those figures were from 2006, werent taken accurately and were totally discredited by more accurate surveys such as those carried out by Iraq Body count(dot org)
