Parents had it on all time, I used to go into my bedroom but towards the end of BB3 I just gave up avoiding it and watched and it was really good!

I was lucky enough to catch the first show on it's launch night, it was great, it was different and it was addictive.

11 years later and here I am.

I heard that Rach (Rachel Rice) was on it, so turned on launch night in 2008, and have watched it ever since.

My parents had always been watching it. It was at the time of BB5 that I really took interest because there was so much going on. It was amazing... all these very different people having arguments and getting along having to do tasks. I was hooked, so I started watching in secret.

I really don't remember. All I remember is that I lived in manchester at the time and my mum and i kept on mimicking craig. My mum got bored after nadia but i've still been watching. her favorite was jade. we were really upset when she passed.

same for me.

I was working on the night of the final and arrange a telly so we could watch it.
Had a verbal fight with a right on feminist stage manager who was "disgusted" that the working class white man won rather than the minority in anna or dean, altho me jumping around all happy he won might have increased the anger a little

been hooked ever since , altho since they tried to fix it from 5 onwards it has not been as good as the original feel.

Hope if CH5 do take it they go back to basics and leave us to make our own minds up rather than force feeding the storylines they think we want

I thought it sounded interesting to watch 10 people or so, in a house and they they interact with each other

Nasty Nick was great entertainment as he was such a mentalist

him doin the assault course so badly after sayin he was in TA is still one of best ever BB moments

then I got addicted even as its turned to sh** nowadays

I managed to escape the clutches and turned off BB5 in first week

but then after I heard about fight night I watched BB6 onwards

BB6-BB9 are my favourite series as even though they have been full of bias and favouritism, they also have lots of drama and entertainment

BB9 the best

In 2004 I was in a hostel and one night I came downstairs and all the women are sitting in the living room watching BB5 so I was like 'Ooo What's This then?'

I was really young and didn't want to go to bed so early so I sat downstairs and watched it as an excuse to stay up and then when we moved out of the hostel I continued to watch BB5 and I remember still trying to understand it all I was sitting in my living room one night with my mum and Marco was on screen and I remember asking 'Is that Big Brother?' and she was like 'No you can't see Big Brother' lol

And I like fancied Michelle Bass and I also remember seeing Stu's eviction and that's when I really loved the series, CBB3 I didn't watch.. but come BB6 In 2005 I watched that all the time and I think that was the first series I watched (On TV) in full.

Who would of known I would of went from being so young and just wanting to watch the show to stay up, to becoming a massive fan of it and now it's became a big part of my life.

I totally agree with you Raph & Patrick, BB9 was the best series..IMHO, closely followed by BB7.

Why i started watching BB all those years ago, i just loved the concept of it, & i've been hocked ever since, i just cant believe its the last one.

I have watched every series since BB2 back in 2001

I even watched bits of BB1 after I saw BB2

But Brian dowling thats what got me hooked I only flicked on to it NOTHING ELSE ON LIKE as you do I was hooked right away

However my interest did decline from BB4 picked up again BB5 BB6 and BB7 dipped again BB8 picked up again BB9 till BB10 then I just switched off for half the series

I can remember my auntie telling me about the first series, but I was young and didn't really get it, then I remember seeing bits of 2 and 3, missed 4, saw a lot of 5 (Victor STILL annoys me), missed 6 and have been addicted since the launch night of series 7!

My mum claims she hates Big Brother, and then will have an opinion on every single housemate and situation that occurs. Especially Marcus...She HATED Marcus.

Lol.. a few years ago I caught my mum watching live feed!! but now.. my mum and dad are definately not bothered about it. I keep saying to them.. like when the hms did that don't stop believing task.. I kept telling them "go on switch bb on.. switch it on" but they don't care anymore boo hoo!!

Anyway yes.. as fans.. all of us must have complained about BB and so forth.. but it is an institution!! and it SHOULD come back next year or when ever.. It should last NO LONGER than 8 weeks.. and have plenty of games and tasks.... plenty of booze and parties.. a "fun" house!! so then no one will threaten to leave!! and then things like nominations.. will be even harsher because no one would want to leave!

BB was basic series 1.. but series.. well especially series 3.. they always had booze!! they need to go back to them days.. but for this in order to happen.. has to be on a different channel.. channel 5? sky channel? and people working for BB or whatever will be sh!tting themselves.. especially the producer because there is always ofcom complaints now. However on channel 5.. they would be able to get away with more???? mmm.

I used to like Davina on Streetmate so probably started due to that on BB1. That and the weird feeling of watching them sleep when things like live feeds were all new and special.
