There has to be nominations so the public can see what the all stars really think of each other. Otherwise if nominations are scrapped the Diary Room will only be another room for the Nikkis or Charleys to shout and scream in and some of the other stars won't get any air time
Like the idea of save and replace every now and then though. I was annoyed CBB6 only had a head of house once so hopefully there'll be save and replace a few more times
