I think its because everyone could relate to Josie being jealous. Being in love drives you to do crazy things.

And everybody related to Josie being hurt at the thought that someone didnt like them as much as they thought

Nadia should be allowed to have her opinion, the Josie stuff wasnt the reason i started to dislike nadia this year, she just seems too much up herself.
