It had potential but the tone's all wrong, it needs to be grittier and less typically american produced. It's got that glossyness about it that just doesn't suit it at all.

If you bothered to inform yourself at all you'd know that plenty of times britain has tried to remake American series. it's not a 1 way street.

And yur obviously not a very good critic to use "the office" as an example, as the American office has been far more successful than the original british office.
