Like they do in Strictly where after someone's danced, they get scored out of 10 by each judge giving them a total out of 40. The judge's scores then get added on to the viewer's votes. Would you like this idea in X Factor or do you think this would not work for a singing competition?

I've always advocated this idea. It would prevent good singers going too early; and it would remove the sting of going on early.

Its all about the judges now, not the contestants. We dont want to give them even more power to influence the winner

this. Katie would get scores over 30 even if she's sh*t and others would struggle to make 20. They do it on strictly and its so obvious what they're up to
