You have an obssession with high tech umbrellas, and love use them to defeat your suprised prey. In real life, you likely have a seedy business too, just the place that would attract scum like you, if you weren't already the one in charge. Picked on as a child for your love of birds, you enjoy being filthy and despicable, you love the life of crime too much to ever escape and are too much of an informant for Batman to ever shut down.
