If Jody didn't commit violent offences, were the Police RIGHT to throw him out of his wheelchair?

and violent offences - Of course he should not be pulled out of the chair.

But He was being Pushed at the Front line
while other chucked sticks and rocks.

Jody did Not have to be on that Front Line.
