Default Vegetarians (and canivores) - A Question. Well, a couple...

If you had people over to your house who eat meat would you be happy to serve/offer it? Or would you expect your guests to stick to vegetarian products?

Meat eaters - Would you expect to be offered meat/meat products?

Surely they would be a pretty stupid vegetarian. Wont eat a dead animal but no problem buying and cooking it for others?

Sounds kinda lame.

I usually cook quorn for them. If they want to have meat they can bring it and cook it (mainly because I have no idea how)

Seen it done. Hence my asking

Also things like Muslims offering alcohol or even working in resturants that serve it yet is it not forbidden to even have it in their house?

I wouldn't expect a vegetarian to cook me meat, I'd be quite happy eating vegetarian dishes, I like meat but I like vegetarian food as well

They have vegetarian gravy.

I have a few mates who are vegetarians/vegans and I'm happy to eat what they serve me. Some of it actually suprises me as I end up loving it.

No I wouldn't cook meat for other people. In my group of friends half of us are vegetarians so if any of us make dinner,no one even bothers making a meat option anymore. They're not bothered so it's not a problem.

I wouldn't expect a vegetarian to cook me meat. You'd have to be a bit of a dick to demand it.

As a vegetarian i wouldnt like to cook meat or even buy meat as it would be going against my beliefs. If there you friends who are coming to dinner they would surely understand this and not expect to be served meat. Vegetarian food is very tasty anyway!!
