Default Game Sequels that you want to see

What game sequels do you want to see? Or remakes? My list would be:

Bayonetta 2 I loved this game, It's a game in a similar vein to Devil May Cry or God of War although I think it's better then both.

Left 4 Dead 3 I'm genuinely surprised we haven't seen this yet given how quickly L4D2 was released after the first one.I love this series and I want to see a proper sequel.

Kingdom Hearts 3 No more spinoffs!

Final Fantasy VI Screw FFVII, this is the one that deserves a HD remake.

A new Darkstalkers I'm expecting nobody to know what this is, imagine Street Fighter with zombies, werewolves, vampires and a version of Little Red Riding Hood that's packing an Uzi.

Streets of Rage 4 For the love of god Sega makes this happen.

A new Broken Sword game A proper one, not those 3D lies they released.

A true Resident Evil RE: Revelations seems to be a step in the right direction, I want the old School RE back. I want the zombies, I want the Tyrants, I want the awkward camera angles and typewriters but most of all I want a Chris that doesn't look as though he suffers from a steroid addiction.

Fighting Force 2 This was the closest thing I ever had to a 3D Streets of Rage, there was a Fighting Force 2 but I'd rather pretend it didn't exist.

Jade Cocoon 3 I loved the first two games.

Alundra and Tombi Somebody please give these games sequels.

Ah, That's all I can think of for the moment.

Oyah I concur. I adored Timesplitters 2 but try not to think of 3, if they do a sequel I'd want it to be in the style of 2.

Grand Theft Auto V.
Mafia III.
DJ Hero 3.
Red Dead Redemption II.

And L4D3 probably won't be released, sadly.

What didn't you dig about Future Perfect? I thought it was a fine game. Definately not as good as 2 though. It was almost like with the fixed aim and proper story that they were trying to be something they were not.

Anyway, since Free Radical was morphed into Crytek UK the project has been on hold but the team have a new game to announce for E3 this year and I hope to god it's this. Imagine TimeSplitters running on the Cryengine 3 .

I just liked the style of the second one better, I thought 3 was a bit boring in comparision.

Oh it's coming, It's too big of a franchise for Valve not to do it. They're just taking their time as fans bitched that L4D2 came out too quickly. I've got a feeling a sequel will be announced this year or next though, The upcoming DLC for it will be the last I'm guessing.

I know Skyrim isin't even out yet and it's a given but I want to see an expansion with a new landmass.

Also I'd love ... though it's unlikely to ever happen at this stage ... a spin off or 'stories' style version of San Andreas - by far my favourite GTA game.

MGS 1-3 and FF VII-IX remade. Thx.

I reckon Fallout 4 will probably be announced next year, This year will belong to Elder Scrolls but I think Bethesda's working on it.

Yeah I know, I can't wait for the new Fallout though, the new engine on Elder Scrolls looks amazing - its just what Fallout needs. Whatever engine they are using now is horrid, I've been playing New Vegas today and it crashed on me 5 times. That and it lags a lot.

I never cared for San Andreas, I liked it but I could never get into it. Apparently though they are releasing HD remakes of the first three Metal Gears on the PS3.

I can't see VIII or IX getting much love in the remake department, I reckon they'll be doomed to be endlessly re-released for a few more generations before we have a chance of a remake.

I haven't played New Vegas, I liked Fallout 3 a lot but I think it was missing something. I didn't quite love it as much as the first two.

New Vegas was...meh, for a post apocolyptic game...it didn't feel at all like one, all the characters seemed a little too happy

I think it's possible SHSM2 is in development, Climax, the guys who made SHSM are apparently working on a new SHSM for next year, so it could be SHSM2

New Vegas is ok if you want more of the Fallout 3 style game play but it is a bit meh. And most of the quests involve going and getting stuff, not much was changed really apart from the addition of Casinos and a couple other things. I preferred Fallout 3 a lot more.

Seems I'm in the minority. I couldn't get into Fallout 3 at all but started New Vegas last week and I'm hooked on it. It feels much more fresh faced and instantly interesting than Fallout 3 ... which in addition to having a naff opening had a first few hours that made me want to scrawl 'Brooks Was Here' on the ceiling and just end it all.

It was one of those franchises that just got lost in the shift between the PS1 & 2 sadly.

No just the ordinary one. I doubt it would have changed anything. I just didn't like the core game for some reason. New Vegas is still a bit dull but Fallout 3 makes it look like being trapped inside a multicultural disco.

I loved the expansions for Fallout 3 though, they were all really good. Especially the Broken Steel expansion - it extends the main quest and it kinda ties up all the loose ends if you get me. That and you get some amazing weapons and a shitload of ammo too.

LOL true, they both are dull at times, its just I found it so boring in New Vegas when you had to walk somewhere. It always took about 5 minutes. -_-
